I have extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, trauma, attachment disorders, eating disorders and more.
I received my Master's in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA in 2016.

I also currently work as a Primary Therapist at Monte Nido's PHP/IOP Eating Disorder Center of California in Los Angeles. Prior to this, I was a therapist at Monte Nido's residential treatment center in Calabasas, CA.
Since 2014, I've treated Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, compulsive exercise and several co-occuring disorders in multiple levels of care.

I've helped client's of varying severity levels to discover a more harmonious relationship with their body, food and self. I believe in health at every size and am body positive focused. From my own personal and professional experience, I wholeheartedly believe that one can be fully recovered.
I utilize humor, direct communication and empathy to enhance the therapeutic relationship and create a safe environment to talk about challenging topics.
If you have any questions or want more information, feel free to send me a message on the contact page.

Therapeutic Services

Entering therapy can be a vulnerable and frightening experience that requires a fair amount of courage and self compassion. If you decide to take a leap of faith towards healing, I look forward to being by your side.

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families from an integrative approach, meaning I will integrate techniques from various therapeutic modalities to fit each client's individual needs.

Through my experience within the eating disorder field, I have found that working with a treatment team consisting of a Registered Dietitian, Physician and Psychiatrist is integral to the recovery process. If you already have a multidisciplinary team, with your consent, I will collaborate with them on your case. If you do not have a team, we can work together to develop one to ensure you are receiving the appropriate level of care.
